PACTS II
With PACTS II, DHS will replace the current PACTS contracts and incorporate lessons learned from the previous five years. As reflected in the attached draft solicitation and the previously issued Request for Information, the PACTS II acquisition strategy is summarized as follows: The primary goal of this acquisition is to establish a portfolio of Department-wide IndefiniteDelivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts for non- information technology (IT) support services that will enable DHS business and program units to accomplish their mission objectives, as well as cross-organizational missions. This procurement will be set-aside for
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The subsequent awards will be available for DHS and its components, and will replace the existing PACTS contracts.
